WIVI Vision wins the Bioèxit Award from CataloniaBio & HealthTech

We are thrilled to be one of the winners of the Bioèxit Award 2024, alongside AstraZeneca, granted by CataloniaBio & HealthTech.

This recognition motivates us to continue working towards our goal of improving the well-being of the population with the support of new technologies to make visual efficiency care universal.

CataloniaBio & HealthTech rewards the trajectory of WIVI Vision

For WIVI Vision, it’s a great honor to receive this award from the tenth edition of the Bioèxit Awards, which recognize the best projects of innovation and entrepreneurs in the biomedical and health sector in Catalonia.

The ‘Nit’ is the annual event where CataloniaBio & HealthTech celebrates this award and has been attended by more than 300 attendees, including government officials, entrepreneurs, executives, researchers, and partners.

The Health Minister, Manel Balcells, was responsible for presenting the Bioèxit Award to Eva García Ramos, CEO and Co-founder of WIVI Vision, and Marta Moreno, Director of Corporate Affairs and Market Access at AstraZeneca.

Our startup has been awarded for its recent internationalization, entering the US market through a local partner, consolidating its presence in Spain, and securing significant agreements with specialized firms.

We deeply appreciate CataloniaBio & HealthTech for recognizing the potential of WIVI Vision and for highlighting our innovation and positive impact on society. It is truly an honor for us to be one of the winners of the Bioèxit Award, which for 10 years has been awarded to very powerful companies such as Oryzon Genomics, Minoryx Therapeutics, Palobiofarma, among others.
