WIVI Vision at South Summit 2020

WIVI Vision is present at this year’s edition of Spain Startup-South Summit! From 6 to 8 October 2020, you can find us at the exhibitor area to learn about WIVI Vision, our 3D visualization project for the treatment of visual conditions.
The objective of WIVI Vision is to improve quality of life through vision. This solution, based on the IBM Watson Artificial Intelligence technology, uses 3D experiences and gamification. This combination provides a unique user experience that prevents dropout. WIVI Vision is a “physiotherapist for vision” that can “improve visual capabilities. In fact, WIVI Vision training has several different uses. These include improvement of visual conditions, improve adaptation to progressive lenses, or assess the effects of COVID-19 on vision.
In 2018, WIVI vision was a European finalist at South Summit among 3,500 startups from 70 countries, being 1 of the 10 finalists in Health. And one year later, in 2019, we were semifinalists.
South Summit: Revolutionary TV Format
The South Summit event is attended by startups, investors and corporations worldwide. Among their many readers, South Summit will present leading personalities like Nadia Calviño, vice president of economic affairs and digital transformation, or Ana Botín, president of Banco Santander.
The structure of this year’s program is going to be slightly different. The organizers have divided the whole agenda by tracks and each will be planned like a TV program. The objective is to be very dynamic and attractive to the audience by creating conversations along the track’s topic and with the startups, corporations and experts.
The format will be omnichannel. Their objective: to get a global reach thanks to a virtual platform. With this platform, and the best content via streaming, readers, exhibitors and visitors will connect wherever, whenever and however they like.
