WIVI won the 2nd prize at the pitch competition by Girls in Tech Paris
eHTS was the only Spanish company among the 6 start-ups that took part in the final.
The Girls in Tech AMPLIFY pitch competition is a ‘must-attend’ start-up event for entrepreneurs, investors, engineers, and designers that explores up and coming trends in innovation and technology. In this special edition that took place during the France-Singapore Year of Innovation, Girls in Tech Paris geared towards intensification of the collaboration in innovation between France and Singapore.
The 6 finalist start-ups presented their pitches last October 10th at the Singaporean Embassy. These finalists were selected by a 23-member online jury. Eva García Ramos, CEO and co-founder of WIVI Vision, presented this immersive technology to improve children’s vision in just 7 minutes. The interest shown for the solution could not be better, and WIVI achieved the second prize of the competition: the Kaspersky Prize.
WIVI wants to thank the 8 members of the jury, including His Excellency Zainal Arif Mantaha, Ambassador of the Republic of Singapore to the French Republic, especially for giving WIVI the opportunity to establish relationships in his country. Also, a special thank you to Claire Behar and Jamie Soon from Girls in Tech for the excellent organisation. Not to mention the warm welcome given by all the attendees who showed a special interest during the question and answer session. Such events help the company improve its international projection, allowing WIVI to enhance its capability to respond to the most demanding markets.
